1. Add your site URL to start. We call each site a project.
2. Add at least 10 target keywords you want to increase rankings for. You can add keywords manually one by one or upload from file.
3. Configure Link Earning Tool. Link Earning Tool will analyze content of your website, calculate monthly budget and the approximate number of backlinks you will get.
4. Add money to your Cubo wallet to start link building.
That’s it. Now you can relax. Link Earning Tool will do the rest.
To add keywords click on Add Keywords button above the table.
You can add keywords both manually and from file.
Manually. Type keywords and phrases one in a row.
From file (CSV). All you need to do is enter your keywords starting on the first column and row of your spreadsheet. Make sure to list keywords in the column. Or download template, fill-in target keywords and upload it.
Keywords will be automatically added to the project.
Keywords you’ve just added are kept in New section on the Link Earning Tool page for every project. You can add new keywords anytime.
To start earning backlinks for the keywords, first checkmark them. Then choose Start link earning in bulk actions below the table and click on the Go button.
To stop link earning or delete a keyword chekmark it and then choose corresponding action below the table.
Cubo automatically analyzes content of your site and suggests the most valuable page for each keyword. If you promote landing pages that are already on Google search for targeted keywords, you will get high search engine rankings faster. Make sure your potential customers will get to the right part of your site.
You can edit landing page URL. E.g. if you optimized a new page for a keyword.To change landing page for a keyword click on «pencil» near its URL.
Then type-in a new one.
When you change or edit landing page URL, not all earned backlinks will be redirected. You risk to lose backlinks and current rankings.
Cubo automatically analyzes top 10 competitors on Google search for each keyword and calculates monthly link building budget you need to outplay them and be at the top. Keyword budget depends on how competitive a keyword is.

Mark any domains you need, and Cubo will build backlinks from that kind of sites.
By default Cubo builds best backlinks to your site from our list of top 50 persian publishers with great Alexa rating. You will get backlinks from authoritative and trusted sites approved by Cubo.
To check link building settings for a project open Link Earning Tool and click on the Settings link near the header.
If there is a checkmark in Advanced Options section, you get the best backlinks we have for you.
Note that domain zone setting don’t apply to this list.
Backlink panel lists all backlinks you’ve built to your website with the help of Cubo Link Earning Tool. Every backlink is listed with the keyword, landing page, and source page where backlink to your website is placed. Click on each URL to go to the actual page where the backlink is placed or the page it lands on.
For every backlink you can evaluate the following metrics:
G — The icon shows if a backlink is indexed in Google. Becomes colorful if it is.
Price — Monthly cost of a backlink, tomans.
Status — Shows backlink availability, if it is placed and points to your website. You’ll see Placed if a link is on its place. If a backlink is ordered but not published yet it will be marked as Processing.
Date — Date when backlink was first published, so you can estimate the age of a backlink.
You can get to the Backlinks panel from the Backlinks column on your starting page with all your projects,
from widget on Project Dashboard,
and by click on a value in Backlinks column on Link Earning Tool page.
You can search for links with a specific anchor text or get a list of backlinks to a certain page. Type-in the keyword or landing page into search box above the table.
You can export the data from the visible area of the table to a CSV file. Click on the icon near the search box to download the file.
If you want that links to be replaced by links from checked top-level domains faster, you can remove them at Backlink Panel. And fresh backlinks will be built only from checked domains.
We recommend you to remove up to 5 indexed backlinks a week. Backlinks that are not indexed you can divide in equal groups and remove in 3-5 days.
It can take several weeks for the search engines to find and index backlinks you get. We recommend that you commit to 3 months for a project and then evaluate your landing pages and keywords. But you can review your average rankings on project dashboard every day until then.
While you wait for the search engines to find and index your backlinks, we suggest that you invest time in onsite optimization:
- Make sure your primary keyword and some related keywords are in the text of your page.
- Freshen up your content.
- Fix broken internal links.
These can dramatically affect the success of your link building, so take your time and do it right.
Notice: Google search results you see depend on different personalized options, including device and location data. Cubo collects rankings data from Google SERP for Tehran without personalization.
Project Dashboard provides you with important at-a-glance data for your project and draws your attention to where it’s needed most. It gives you a detailed overview of essential project data.

You can create a report for any project in a couple of clicks. To start click Create Project Report link on a Project Dashboard.
Then set reporting timeframe and click on the Create Report button.
Customize reports you deliver to clients with your logo. Upload an image in JPG or PNG, horizontally oriented, 300×100, 100Kb max.
You can customize the footer of your report with your contact info. For better presentation of the result add conclusion with detailed description (1-2 pages). To hide this parts just leave them blank.
Report will be ready immediately or a bit later depending on a chosen timeframe. Click on action link to download or delete the reports. Reports are available within 3 months since created.

The refundable amount is the money, which is still unused on your account. So, when asking for refund, please stop all projects to prevent spending of your money.
When making a payment you are charged extra 9% of VAT, which are not visible in your wallet. If refunded, you will get the unused part of VAT back.
We normally refund to the cards and accounts, from which the payment was executed. In case you need the refund to be sent to another account, you should provide us with:
- Copy of your passport or ID.
- Notice from the bank, that the card from which you paid belongs to you.
- Letter containing the reason, why you need to be refunded to another account or card, and the new card or account number.
The refund may take up to 7 days, please be patient during this time.
If your account contains bonuses, the bonuses cannot be withdrawn from the account.
Keywords are foundational for all your SEO efforts. Number one listing on Google can be totally pointless if it is for the wrong keyword.
To understand the value of keywords and find the best ones, you will follow this process:
1. Create a starting list.
2. Expand your list using keyword research tools.

Why start with 5? There are 3 reasons:

To satisfy users’ needs Google collects information from every page on the web and put it in context. If your website answers the question it will be shown in search results.
2. Keywords work together. If your website has good rankings for the very specific phrases, Google will understand that it is relevant to the more general topic too. Search engines analyze all pages of your website and put them in context. Start with multiple word keywords and then extend your keyword list. One word keywords usually are not targeted. Internet users who use four-word searches are more likely to purchase goods or services than those using fewer words.
If you’re selling MP3 files, you should optimize your web pages for keywords such as «independent bands mp3», «alternative grunge mp3», and similar keywords first. If your website has good rankings for these keywords, search engines will find out that your website is relevant to the mp3 topic. As soon as search engines consider your website relevant to this topic, it will be much easier to get high rankings for keywords such as «mp3 download» or even «mp3».
Tip: You’d better start with very specific phrases. When you see positive changes in rankings add more general and industry-based keywords.

1. Create an instruction for the writers.
Order title. Briefly describe the topic of the text you want. Title will help you manage your orders. It won’t be used in the text.
Keywords. Keywords you want to improve site rankings for. They will appear in the text. We recommend to add keywords with the same topic. So don’t mix keywords like «baby clothes» and «mp3 player» in one text. Text about «baby clothes» works better with «buy baby clothes», «cheap baby clothes» keywords, and etc.
Landing page. A page where you intend to place the ordered text. If the page for the content does not exist yet, or is empty, leave it blank. If there is already a text on the page, it will help copywriters create a better content for you.
